- As per the agreement, please note that we do not offer refunds in No Job Gaurantee Plans*, and all sales are considered final. The candidate needs to understand and acknowledge that refunds are only applicable if the candidate chooses to enroll in our Job Guarantee Plan, which is subject to specific refund conditions outlined below.
- Additionally, the candidate should be aware that the agreement signed by both parties will serve as evidence of services provided in case of a dispute, thereby preventing any attempts to dispute the transaction. Any payments made by the candidate through a relative’s, friend’s, or any other associated person’s credit card are not subject to getting the money back from disputes or chargebacks.
- Refund requests may be denied if there is third-party involvement(relative/friend) on behalf of the candidate.
- If the candidate independently secures a job after one month from the Date of Enrollment (DOE), no refund is applicable as per the terms.
Refund Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, the candidate must have formally enrolled in the Job Guarantee Plan provided by Netbounce. Netbounce is not obligated to issue any refund if the candidate failsto meet theirresponsibilities as specified in the agreement.
- Refund Percentage: If Netbounce fails to secure between 5 to 10 interviews to candidate by its services candidate is eligible for a refund equivalent to 70%. If Netbounce successfully secures between 11 to 15 interviews to candidate through its services candidate is eligible for a refund equivalent to 50%.
- Expense: The refund will be subjected to a deduction of less a monthly charge of $375, as stipulated in the agreement. This fee compensates for promotional campaigns, recruiter time, and backend systems utilized. The deduction will be made proportionally based on the duration of services rendered.
- Request for Refund: Candidate who meet the refund criteria must formally request a refund by submitting a written request to Netbounce on foryou@netbounceplacement.com
- Refund Processing Time: Upon a valid refund request, Netbounce will review the request and verify the candidate’s eligibility.Once eligibility is confirmed,the refund will be processed within 30 days.
- Cancellation of Enrollment: It’simportant to note that if a candidate chooses to cancel their enrollment in the Job Guarantee Plan during its term, no refund will be initiated, and the candidate will not be eligible for a refund under these terms and conditions.
